How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your items are made after you place your order, so it takes a few days for the item to be made. It takes about 5-7 business days to create clothing, bags, and shoes. It takes 3-5 business days for non-apparel products (home decor, accessories etc.) products. Please factor in this production time in addition to shipping time when figuring out your arrival date.
Can I return my purchase?
We want you to be happy! We do accept returns within 30 days of successful delivery to your address if your purchase arrives damaged, the quality is not satisfactory, or the wrong item was shipped. For more details, please see our returns, exchanges, and cancellation policy.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Since all our items are made to order, it can take several days for your item to be made. If you don't receive an email after the specified number of days, please check your spam.

Do you have a size guide?
Items with multiple sizes have size guides on their product pages in the images of the product. Usually the last 1 or 2 pictures of the product are the size charts.
